While we can’t speak on behalf of any of our competitors, with many entering the market these days or change their offering at any time.
We can however speak very confidently about our own offering. We can inform you we set out to be the best in the market and we did that by first assessing whether we had the right team (currently 3 owners).
Not just the right qualifications, not even just people with industry experience, but people that have been where you are at this present moment, having navigated through it and come out remarkably successful at the other end.
This will also be the standard we will set for any new mentors we take on. Our team are a cohesive group of mortgage experts with a combined 100 years of mortgage and banking experience.
There wouldn’t be a scenario out there that one of us wouldn’t have previously encountered.
Having been where you are now, we understand the excitement, the pitfalls and what it takes to become successful.
This is the knowledge and support we are hoping to impart onto our mentees.
We believe we offer both an academic as well as real world experience in our mentor program, having the runs on the board to make you comfortable that we have the expertise and experience to deliver, however, we can’t do it for you, we need your commitment as well, that is why we are selective with our mentees.

What makes us great mentors not just good
Our team have over 100 years of combined mortgage and banking experience with over 60 years of combined business operations experience.
Our mentors have worked for over a dozen banks and mortgage lenders in roles that stretch from lending auditors to commercial lending managers and everything in between.
They have had sign off lending discretion to over a million dollars, have started some of the country’s most successful mortgage lending companies, worked as professional mortgage and banking lecturers, resided on boards of industry associations and been on the corporate speaking circuit.
The most important feature for being great mentors however, is that they have won the confidence of hundreds of potential mortgage borrowers, advising them of the best loan, best loan structure and the best lender to suit their specific needs. They recognise the special relationship that develops between a broker and a borrower, a broker and a lender, a broker and their aggregator.
They certainly know the emotional feeling having to wait for that approval, letter of offer or valuation report to come back.
They also understand the satisfaction of delivering an approval to a customer, being advised that a loan has now settled and having a client call back a few years later wanting assistance for that second loan.
